I firmly believe in the magic of design and creativity as vital business tools that not only build trust but also open up new ways of seeing things.

When it comes to leadership, I love taking business goals and turning them into actionable plans. I'm the kind of leader who motivates and mentors my team to help them reach their full potential. My time at Rewards Network, a fintech company in the restaurant biz, was a wild ride. We cooked up some seriously impactful creative and content solutions that transformed the brand. We grew nationally, became a big shot with 20 million dining members, and partnered up with a whopping 27,000 restaurants.

The fun side: I might not fit the typical boardroom image, but I'm sharp, driven, and all about getting stuff done. My teams don't just get me; they love having me around. I've got a knack for motivating people, and as a leader, I thrive on helping my team unlock their full potential. I go all out to make sure they're on the path to success as rockstar contributors. Off the clock, you'll find me cycling my road bike for days, sipping on my cold-brewed coffee, and dreaming about creating my own pinball game someday.

    I have been instrumental in the expansion of the creative, copy, UX, and tech teams. From the initial hiring process to the development of new roles. I have been actively engaged in recruitment, establishing an effective interviewing system and fostering a culture of advancement, opportunity. This has allowed my interdisciplinary teams to flourish and reach their full potential.

    I am passionate about enabling team members to reach their full potential. I mentor and guide designers to cultivate their skills and develop as individuals and professionals. It has been a privilege to witness the evolution of designers and copywriters into senior level positions and people leaders with direct reports.

    Design is a repeatable and measured process. I have been instrumental in constructing and supervising design systems, which encompassed documentation techniques, design workshops, conventions, conversations, and established standards. Additionally, I have been in charge of allocating funds and procuring design tools and resources to ensure our team's success.

  • VISION + STRATEGY

    Having a destination in sight helps to define the necessary voyage. I have been privileged to collaborate in setting the vision and strategy for the product design roadmap, product plans, and other projects such as design structures, mobile approaches, and accessibility strategies. Much of this work involves collaboration and support from cross-functional teams comprising of many roles and departments.
